Principal
Seth entered the real estate business upon graduation with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. in 1983. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the past 37 years he has developed, leased and operated shopping centers, large and small, and many single tenant projects for clients such as Walgreens and Starbuck’s. He has also represented tenants in their expansion and consulted with owners to help bring retail projects to life on their property. He is a partner in Dassett, Ltd. which recently completed the Indigo Hotel in Winston Salem and is building hotels in Charlotte, NC and Alpharetta, Ga. Seth is a managing partner in Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund and H3 Hospitality. In addition he has served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and currently chairs the The Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel to improve quality of life and business on Arthur Godfrey Road on Miami Beach.
justin schultz
Principal
Justin Schultz joined Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc’s Chicago office in 1995 shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In 1998 Justin formed Urban Equities, LLC, a Chicago-based boutique firm specializing in investment sales and consulting. In 2003 Justin helped form Interra Development Partners, a retail development firm capitalized by Prudential Real Estate Investors, and soon thereafter relocated to Miami Beach to oversee the company’s Florida projects. Justin joined Gadinsky Real Estate (GRE) in 2008, and has since worked alongside Seth Gadinsky to expand the company’s development, investment and brokerage platforms. In 2012 Justin and Seth formed H3 Hospitality, GRE’s sister company, which specializes in brokerage, development and consulting services for the hospitality, food and beverage and boutique retail sectors, both for tenant/operators and property owners. Over the past 20 years, Justin has developed everything from single-tenant buildings to regional shopping centers, both for GRE’s portfolio and as a third-party fee developer, and negotiated and consulted on numerous retail, food and beverage, entertainment and office/warehouse leases.
dennis kleier

Dennis Kleier entered the real estate business in 1978. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Degree. Over the past 34 years, he has been a real estate manager and development manager for 7-Eleven Food Store, Eckerd Drug Company and others. In the brokerage side of the business, he has represented retail tenants such as Foot Locker, The Fresh Market, Payless Shoes, Blockbuster, Kinko’s, Dot’, Office Depot, Radio Shack and several others. He has been involved in single tenant projects for Walgreens, Eckerd, and others. He spent several years with RAM Real Estate.
JOE CHANCY

Joe Chancy entered the real estate business in 2008 as a residential investor and initially transitioned to the commercial sector in 2013 to represent South Florida investors and developers in the acquisition of retail development parcels. Since joining Gadinsky Real Estate in 2015, Joe has worked with prominent shopping center developers to exclusively lease new-construction space and also represents national retailers such as RaceTrac Petroleum, Discount Tire and a leading regional Wendy’s franchisee in the execution of their strategic South Florida growth plans. Joe served on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group committee and is an active member of his local community, serving on the Broward County Schools Facility Task Force, Feed South Florida and Habit for Humanity of Broward. Joe’s clients benefit from his local market knowledge and experience as a Broward County native and father, which has helped him successfully negotiate numerous retail lease transactions for landlords and tenants alike.
